For years, I did everything I was supposed to do — and found myself quietly aching inside a model that had no room for who I actually was. Not because I was too sensitive. Because I was using the wrong map.
The turning point came not from pushing harder, but from slowing down enough to hear the wisdom my sensitivity had been carrying all along. From walking in the woods. From trusting the soft voice inside me over the loud expectations I'd internalized for decades.
Now I guide highly sensitive women to do the same — to stop translating themselves into someone else's framework and start building leadership that is ecological, cyclical, rooted, and genuinely theirs.
I'm a psychologist, mentor, certified forest therapy guide, and author. But more than any credential: I am a highly sensitive woman who has redesigned her own leadership from the inside out. I know this terrain because I have walked it. And now I’m inviting other sensitive women leaders to join me in building a community of kindred spirits who are choosing leadership through gentle joy.
