The Singularly Sensitive® Neurodivergent EDGE Assessment

You Push So Hard in Your Career, and Yet You’re Still Not Where You Want to Be

It’s Time to Harness Your Neurodivergent EDGE and Build a Future that Fits Who You Really Are

You Push So Hard in Your Career, and Yet You’re Still Not Where You Want to Be

There's a good chance you've spent your whole career succeeding in spite of how your mind works, not just because of it. You hide your sensitivity. You mask the ways that you think and feel so that no one sees the real you. You wonder if its ADHD, autism, AuDHD, giftedness….or some combination of these and other ways that your brain works differently. Then you bury your head in the sand and get back to work.

And the reality is that you’ve done so many of the “right” things for your career. Got the degrees and certifications. Built a track record for being the one who steps up when no one else will. Held it all together outwardly, while wondering how you're going to make it to Friday, let alone another ten or twenty years.

You’re frazzled. And your career woes spill out into your personal life, leaving you prone to isolating, distracting, and feeling exhausted.

How can you possibly have the career you want and that works with your unique mix of sensitivity and neurodivergence?

You Need to Mobilize Your Neurodivergent EDGE

You don't need another personality quiz, or a pep talk about finding your passion. You need someone to look directly at your specific makeup: your sensitivity, your neurodivergent patterns, your history, the context in which you live.

You need to know, in plain terms, how you’ve gotten here and, more importantly, what the plan is for moving your career to something that fits your professional goals and your personal life.

The Neurodivergent EDGE Assessment is designed to do just that, looking at four factors:

  • Energy: even if your energy level is inconsistent or your rhythms don’t naturally fit the early-to-bed corporate start times, learn to work with the energy you have, syncing your activities to what works with your nervous system and using rest as an intentional tool to manage yourself and your accomplishments

  • Depth: channel your immense capacity to focus, go deep, and take in detail so you’re your depth becomes a strategic asset, not something that’s wasted on ruminating or going down rabbit holes

  • Gentle Joy: your career compass is your gentle joy: the sense of contentment, peace, and satisfaction that comes when life fits who you authentically are. Being aware of when you’re experiencing gentle joy (or the contrary) will guide you to adjust on the fly, keep moving toward your goals even when boredom or frustration set in, and bypass any tendencies to resist, rebel, or avoid that get in the way of your progress

  • Engagement: fine tune how you engage with people, broader systems, the material/physical world, ideas, and your authentic self so that your vision of the future is supported and resourced.

When you mobilize your personal EDGE, you move toward your goals with greater ease and effectiveness. No more hopping on the personal development bandwagon and falling unceremoniously off because it wasn’t ever meant for you to succeed.

What’s Included in the Neurodivergent EDGE Assessment?

The EDGE Assessment is a focused, two-session process designed to show you how your EDGE can get you unstuck from a professional plateau and on your way to a career that genuinely fits you.

Session 1: The Assessment

We go deep into your unique neuro-makeup: the neurodivergent traits, sensitivity patterns, and the history that have shaped (and stalled) your career. We’ll link these factors to the context in which you live and work. This is a clinical-grade, individualized look at what's really going on beneath the plateau, not just another checklist or self-assessment that will sit in your inbox. We’ll explore all four EDGE factors, both how they’ve shown up for you thus far and how you can envision them moving your life in a more fulfilling, rewarding direction.

Session 2: Integration & Your EDGE Report

We review your results and co-create your Singularly Sensitive EDGE report together. Strategic, practical, and emotionally grounded, this plan is built for you alone, for this stage of your life. It’s not a generic career counseling report with standard neurotypical goals. Your report is rooted in the EDGE factors and my Singularly Sensitive approach, which helps women create authentic, personalized strategies for moving through the world. Your EDGE report is a map that’s meant to be a living document, one you can return to in the future as your life evolves.

Why This Works Better than Traditional Career Counseling or Neuropsychological Assessments

Career counseling and neuropsychological assessments historically are built on a one-size-fits-all approach to diagnosis and intervention. That might work if you neatly tick all the boxes (unlikely as a woman, let alone as someone with sensitivity and neurodivergent qualities) , but the fact that you’re here suggests you know you need a more nuanced approach.

I bring a CEO mind and a hippie heart to helping fellow midlife women take only what works from these approaches to understand themselves more fully. I’ll help you strategize how to really reach your goals in whatever way works for you, not how you’ve been told you’re supposed to do things as a professional or an adult.

In the EDGE assessment, you get the strategic rigor of a licensed psychologist, the grounded, whole-person perspective of a certified forest therapy guide, and the calculated rebelliousness of a high-achieving, ambitious Gen Xer who also knows what it’s like to be highly sensitive, neurodivergent, and live with chronic illness. That’s my edge: helping you find yours, because there’s too much good work waiting for you to do it to waste time on one-size solutions that were never meant to fit you.

The Neurodivergent EDGE Assessment Is for You If:

  • You’re a midlife woman in corporate, academia, or tech/startup who knows your role and the organizational culture don’t fit you, but you’re too tired, busy, burned out, and/or trapped in golden handcuffs to do anything much about it.

  • You’ve always figured things out for yourself, but this time, you’d rather not go it alone. But you also know you’re not going to listen to what you’re told to do. You need mentoring, not orders.

  • You’re ready to take a clear, direct look at what’s been in your way and take concrete steps to start to clear the path. No apologies, no self-reproach, just appropriate responsibility for what’s within your power to control (and some creative ideas for what to do about what isn’t)

This Isn’t for You If:

  • You’re looking for therapy or long-term coaching. This program is intentionally brief and focused on breaking the inertia you’ve been in, knowing that keeping the momentum going is a different process entirely.

  • You want someone to cheer you on to “just quit” or “suck it up where you’re at” instead of figuring out what’s right for you at this time.

  • You’re not ready to look honestly at your own patterns as part of the equation of what needs to shift in order to change.
