Seasonal Sync
For the sensitive woman who wants to follow the compass of her gentle joy through the seasons, not force herself through the year
You have a big heart and know that you want to make a positive impact. You also know that you weren’t meant to follow hustle culture’s imperative to do more, faster, bigger, louder.
A better guide for you? Gentle joy. The feeling of calm, contentment, presence, and satisfaction that we experience when we’re in harmony with the world.
Gentle joy feels great, but it’s also a powerful tool for staying on track with the things that deeply matter in your personal and professional life.
When gentle joy is our compass, we can see through the fog. Our intuition speaks clearly. We know we’re on the right path, whatever the circumstances.
We Can Learn to Listen to Gentle Joy
The trouble is that we’ve been conditioned by capitalism to hustle harder, grow constantly, evaluate our worth based on what we produce. In that environment, it’s hard to listen to ourselves. It’s even harder to trust that what we want and need is acceptable, worthy of our energy.
But as sensitive women, we can hear the call of gentle joy under all the noise. It’s a compass that can guide us through the pressures and distractions to a life that reflects the deep truths about who we are and how we are meant to live.
Gentle joy is our tool for discerning what’s right for us at a given moment in time. No one-size-fits-all model of what pleasure, success, or accomplish should look like.
Since gentle joy is so responsive to what is happening in the present moment, it gives us a framework for aligning with the flow of the seasons.
It helps us build a lifestyle that is sustainable, honors your sensitivity, and supports the ways that you want to show up as a leader in your life, your relationships, and your community.
I know from my own experience that it can be easy to drift out of alignment with the rhythms of nature and lose track of whether I’m feeling content or calm in response to my life. So, to help you keep gentle joy centered in your life, I want to invite you to be part of my Seasonal Sync.
What is Seasonal Sync?
Seasonal Sync combines personal reflection and community support for bucking the system and using gentle joy to create a Singularly Sensitive lifestyle that moves you closer to the goals, dreams, and visions that are most important to you.
Four times a year—near each equinox and solstice—we take stock of how our lives are resonating with what the season is calling for us:
Winter: rest, imagination, restoration
Spring: seeding, emergence, experimentation
Summer: fullness of expression, bounty, connection
Autumn: harvest, celebration, release
We reflect on where gentle joy is showing up in our work, our relationships, our communities, and our personal growth.
We get curious about how we might discover or nurture more seasonal gentle joys.
We gather to mark the seasonal transition, to celebrate our gentle joys, and to have our intentions for the coming season witnessed and supported.
We align our sensitivity and our leadership with what wants to emerge at this time of year.
This isn't about doing more. It's about doing what actually belongs to this particular season. And centering gentle joy as the way forward.
Seasonal Sync Includes:
A seasonal field guide (digital, customized for Northern or Southern hemisphere) with everything you need to move through the next three months in alignment:
Guided imagery recording that helps you work with the season's energy
Journal prompts that go beyond "what are your goals?" to help you attune to your gentle joy throughout the year
Forest therapy invitations to help your body reset using the natural world around you
And mindfulness practices for working with your sensitivity as the season changes
A live virtual seasonal gathering (recording available) where we come together to:
Mark the transition with a simple seasonal ritual
Share what we're releasing from the season behind us
Envision what gentle joy is telling us wants to grow in the season ahead
Witness each other's intentions
Receive guidance on syncing your life with seasonal rhythms
Seasonal Sync is anti-planning for women who are ready to align with the earth's rhythms and let gentle joy guide them through the next phase of life.
Seasonal Sync is for you if:
You're tired of productivity systems that ignore the fact that you're a human animal, not a machine
You want simple, grounded practices—not another complicated framework to implement
You're curious about seasonal living but don't know where to start
You crave seasonal touchpoints with other women who get it
You need permission to slow down in winter, experiment in spring, shine in summer, and release in autumn—or you want to learn how to give yourself that permission
Investment: $49 per season
You can drop in for one season to try it or join me every season. Either way, you'll walk away with practices that will deepen your connection to gentle joy and the rhythms of nature.
Want More Support for Your Seasonal Sync?
Add a 1:1 Mentoring Session
If you’re looking for a guide to help you apply gentle joy and translate seasonal wisdom into the specifics of your life circumstances, add on a private mentoring session with me.
Join me online for a 45-minute 1:1 mentoring session that you can schedule any time between this seasonal gathering and the next one (a full three months).
Use it whenever it serves you best:
Early in the season to solidify your intentions and create an actual plan
Mid-season when you've hit an unexpected obstacle
Late in the season to process what happened and prepare for the transition ahead
This is your chance to address what feels too private or specific for the group. To fine-tune how your particular gentle joys can support you in this season. To get direct guidance on how to be a leader in your personal and professional roles.
It's like having a seasonal guide in your pocket—someone who understands both the rhythms of the earth and the rhythms of sensitive women who want to make a difference in the world.
Investment: $199 (includes 1:1 mentoring session and the general registration fee)
